TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Designing and delivering intelligent systems to power a business growth platform with an accent on backend and AI systems. Focus on scaling MLOps practices, deploying production AI solutions, and building scalable client-facing capabilities.

Location: Must be permanently residing in the United States, excluding California and New York

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and deploy scalable AI models and intelligent system features.
  • Build and support backend systems powering AI-driven functionality.
  • Establish and scale MLOps practices for production AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Ship iterative improvements using agile methodologies and real-world feedback.
  • Champion DevOps practices including CI/CD and system monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of building and scaling AI solutions in production.
  • Experience developing client-facing AI capabilities and strong backend/data systems knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud, CI/CD, and containerization.
  • Strong communication skills in a remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
  • Knowledge of RAG, prompt systems, or AI evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude Code.
