What you will do

• Plan and execute the deployment of IKE Smart City kiosks in public right-of-way locations.
• Manage project plans and budgets to ensure cost-effective market deployment.
• Identify, retain, and manage third-party contractors, including civil engineers and construction firms.
• Execute plan review processes and obtain necessary permits from city departments such as Public Works and Planning & Zoning.
• Coordinate on-site construction activities and resolve site-specific issues as they occur.
• Monitor the market pipeline to ensure continuous growth across assigned regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a minimum of five years of professional experience in a related field.
• Must be based in Texas and able to travel throughout the country as projects demand.
• Experience managing the daily activity of engineering or construction teams, including reviewing technical documentation.
• Proven experience in obtaining permits for commercial projects in metropolitan areas.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, answering RFIs, and conducting field visits.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
