What you will do

• Serve as the technical expert for strategic accounts, helping customers solve business problems with Bentley products.
• Partner with Account Managers to build technical strategies and lead discovery conversations.
• Design tailored infrastructure software solutions based on customer needs and industry standards.
• Define scopes of work for implementations and deliver user training.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and Marketing teams to influence product improvements.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to communicate product value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise account management within the AEC industry.
• Experience within the Transportation Industry, specifically working with DOTs.
• Ability to travel 35% of the time.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bentley’s portfolio (ProjectWise, MicroStation, OpenRoads, SYNCHRO).
• Background in solution sales or customer-facing advisory roles.
