Salary: $130,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Drive the adoption and proficiency of the platform within high-value customer organizations.
- Translate platform functionality into quantifiable ROI and business cases for clients.
- Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to ensure solutions are embedded in business workflows and change management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams to identify growth opportunities and inform account strategies.
- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops aligned with customer strategic goals.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Data, Technology, or Management Consultant managing enterprise-level client strategy.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in programming and data integration to create tailored solutions.
- Proven track record of developing ROI frameworks that map complex technical solutions to business priorities.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise software platforms and large-scale deployments.
- Current and unrestricted working rights in the US are required; no visa sponsorship is available.
Nice to have
- Experience working with utilities, digital twin software, or grid modernization initiatives.
- Background in the broader energy or infrastructure sector.
