What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and GTM/Sales transactions for enterprise customers in APAC.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and operations to implement strategies for high-growth initiatives.
• Monitor and apply regional legal developments regarding data protection, technology, and AI frameworks.
• Develop and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies for the region.
• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to cross-functional global teams.
• Help scale the commercial function of the Legal Team.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant APAC jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably in-house within technology or SaaS.
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and IP.
• Experience with privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer.
• Ability to operate in GMT+10 timezones and be based in the APAC region.
