What you will do

• Manage end-to-end creative operations, including intake, scoping, and traffic management.
• Oversee resourcing and capacity planning to balance workloads for the creative team.
• Build and maintain project plans and timelines while surfacing risks and blockers early.
• Coordinate production for video and photo shoots and other creative initiatives.
• Administer Asana as the primary project management hub and improve team workflows.
• Track and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management.
• Hands-on experience managing creative team workflows and capacity planning.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Asana to create process clarity and maintain project hygiene.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally across different time zones.
• Must be based in the United States.
