What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding for assigned strategic and national accounts from signed deal to successful launch.
• Drive a pipeline of partner launches with clear timelines and consistent internal and external communication.
• Act as the primary post-signature contact to maintain momentum and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.
• Translate partnership terms and technical setup needs into actionable internal workflows and onboarding plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to execute partner-specific requirements.
• Build scalable templates, documentation, and best practices to improve onboarding speed and consistency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in external-facing roles at B2C/B2B technology companies, marketplaces, or high-growth startups.
• Experience managing complex partner or client onboarding with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment with limited oversight.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with senior-level audiences.
