What you will do

• Lead end-to-end staffing strategy and execution for the New York Creative department.
• Collaborate with the VP of Resource Management on North America-wide RM initiatives and process development.
• Coordinate with Finance, Account, Project Management, and HR to align staffing with business priorities.
• Manage capacity planning tools, team org charts, and headcount tracking to ensure data integrity.
• Identify skill gaps and provide strategic guidance on team structures and growth paths.
• Oversee coverage planning for PTO and partner with recruitment on freelance sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in resource management or production/project management within an agency environment.
• Deep understanding of the creative process across Creative, Studio, Strategy, and Project Management disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for building and interpreting complex resourcing data.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and navigate organizational complexity.
• Must be based in New York to comply with the hybrid work model.
