Salary: $96,700 – $129,000

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day account management as the primary contact for integrated client programs across experiential, podcast, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end program execution from kickoff through launch, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and activation plans are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment between sales, production, marketing, creative, and legal teams.
  • Develop client-facing materials including timelines, status updates, recaps, and presentations.
  • Support the execution of integrated activation plans across social, digital, and influencer channels.
  • Travel approximately 20% of the time to support onsite program execution and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management and/or Account Management experience in the digital advertising industry.
  • Experience managing complex cross-platform integrated marketing programs from concept to execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in client relationship development, management, and retention.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience with podcasting.
  • Experience working with experiential teams or social influencer agencies.
