Salary: $130,000 — $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and build systems to reduce operational overhead, cost, and complexity of provisioning new infrastructure and datacenters.
• Develop tooling and orchestration patterns for declarative environment bootstrap and infrastructure validation.
• Modernize legacy provisioning workflows into reusable, composable platform primitives.
• Collaborate with platform and product engineering teams to build reusable provisioning capabilities across the hirify.global stack.
• Contribute to experiments regarding ephemeral environments and scalable infrastructure patterns for AI workloads.
• Debug and investigate complex distributed systems and infrastructure dependencies.

Requirements

• Experience in Golang or similar systems programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration systems.
• Expertise in implementing scalable automation across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and deployment automation from implementation to debugging.
• Experience building distributed systems, infrastructure platforms, or internal developer tooling.
• Must be eligible for required authorizations from the US government to conform to US export control regulations.
