Salary: $207,000 — $284,900 USD

What you will do

• Manage SRE teams supporting various workloads operating in private sector environments.
• Drive DevOps maturity, the microservice journey, and overall workload reliability.
• Develop powerful tooling, intuitive self-service capabilities, and robust self-healing patterns to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers and managers across platform and infrastructure domains.
• Perform engineering design evaluations and ensure project completion within resource, budget, and scheduling constraints.
• Improve SDLC processes for Cloud Infrastructure as Code, including CI/CD pipelines and release management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership and people management.
• Extensive experience using Agile and DevOps to build product infrastructure at scale, preferably on AWS.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in software development, PaaS, and automation.
• Deep experience operating large-scale observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Splunk, APM).
• Ability to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status for access to federal environments.
