Salary: $72,675 – $80,325 per year

What you will do

• Manage capital assets, including monthly capitalization, capex reporting, and executing depreciation runs in SAP.
• Handle tax compliance for VAT (HST, QST, PST) and prepare corporate income tax and WHT payments.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, balance sheet forecasting, and assist with financial audits.
• Reconcile CARM reports with broker data and initiate GST/Customs duty payments to CBSA.
• Support Transfer pricing reports, Pillar 2 compliance, and annual tax risk reports for HQ.
• Execute intercompany billing and clear bank payments related to taxes and fixed asset disposals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate accounting environment.
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.

• Completion or near completion of the CPA designation.
