What you will do

  • Develop short-term and long-term workforce forecasts based on demand trends, fulfillment volume, and seasonality.
  • Design and execute optimization strategies across a multi-site national network to improve labor performance.
  • Analyze workforce trends and labor cost modeling to inform strategic planning and business decisions.
  • Monitor real-time operational performance, staffing adherence, and productivity to make dynamic labor adjustments.
  • Translate complex operational data into clear insights and reporting for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build and scale WFM processes, governance structures, and planning tools to support growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in workforce management, labor planning, or operations analytics.
  • Proven experience developing workforce forecasts and capacity plans.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence operational leaders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and may be required to obtain a state gaming license.
