Client Support Analyst (Fri-Mon Day Shift) (Fintech)

TL;DR

Client Support Analyst (Fintech): Managing client health and resolving technical and financial software issues for investment professionals with an accent on data discrepancies and root-cause analysis. Focus on identifying and resolving complex calculation errors and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Location: Salt Lake City, UT. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $59,000 - $74,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Identify, respond to, and resolve technical issues and questions raised by clients.
• Work with complex data sets to identify and resolve calculation and data discrepancies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams.
• Coordinate with Product and Account Managers to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide functional and conceptual instruction to help clients maximize the value of the platform.
• Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous cases through to resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in math and a passion for problem-solving and technology.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work the weekend shift: Friday - Monday (10 hours per day).
