TL;DR
Growth Product Manager (SaaS/PLG): Driving the end-to-end user journey from signup to activation with an accent on tracker installation rates and product-led acquisition loops. Focus on designing and shipping experiments to optimize first-touch UX and increase the per-product activation rate.
Location: Remote within European timezones (Must be based in Europe)

What you will do
- Own and optimize the signup-to-tracker installation flow to increase installation rates and reduce time-to-value.
- Define "aha-events" for various product surfaces and instrument funnels to improve activation rates.
- Design and implement first-touch UX, including onboarding tours, empty states, and in-product nudges.
- Explore and ship product-led acquisition mechanics to improve distribution and discoverability.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize the handoff from visitor to signup.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, activation, or acquisition.
- Proven track record of owning a growth metric and moving it through a clear hypothesis-experiment-result cycle.
- Must be based in Europe and work within European timezones.
- Daily use of AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and decision-making is non-negotiable.
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to reason from first principles.
- High proficiency in written communication for cross-team alignment and stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Experience in PLG environments with self-serve onboarding and free-to-paid conversion.
- B2B SaaS background, particularly with mid-market or SMB segments.
- Experience shipping viral or referral mechanics that drove measurable growth.
- Familiarity with B2B intent data platforms like Apollo, Cognism, ZoomInfo, or 6sense.
