Salary: $174,000 – $199,875 per year + Equity

What you will do

• Design and implement secure, scalable features for the hirify.global Dashboard, focusing on user authentication, RBAC, and governance.
• Build and maintain API services powering critical functionality using Golang, Java, Python, or Kotlin.
• Develop shared libraries and components to ensure consistency across all hirify.global services.
• Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions using Datadog.
• Drive architectural improvements to enhance platform reliability and security.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of: Golang, Java, Python, or Kotlin.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS services.
• Proven track record of designing IAM, RBAC systems, or identity management solutions.
• Expertise in secure and scalable API design and authorization protocols.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve development workflows.
