What you will do

• Collaborate multi-functionally with Product and Client Solution teams to deliver holistic client onboarding solutions.
• Write well-designed and tested code to solve complex engineering problems.
• Lead individual projects, including ownership of technical solution and architecture design, timeline estimation, and implementation.
• Communicate technical ideas and steer the engineering direction of projects.
• Mentor and guide other engineers on the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably with Python and/or Java.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1/OPT).
• Strong ownership mentality and communication skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data processing and analysis using PySpark or similar frameworks.
• Experience building data systems using AWS.
