What you will do

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to develop high-impact executive communications and leadership narratives.
  • Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and execution of CS All Hands meetings.
  • Lead CS employee engagement initiatives, including culture programs and organizational connectivity.
  • Develop content for CS-related components of events, offsites, and conferences.
  • Drive internal storytelling to highlight the impact and progress of the Customer Success organization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to execute targeted communications for existing customers.

Requirements

  • 6–7+ years of professional experience in communications.
  • Proven track record supporting Sales, Customer Success, or other Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations.
  • Direct experience working with revenue-generating teams and understanding their operating cadence.
  • Proficiency with G Suite and communication platforms like Slack and LinkedIn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
