What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies supporting business priorities, organizational changes, and leadership messaging.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business line leaders to ensure clear and aligned regional communication.
• Create high-quality content, including announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, and campaign materials.
• Manage and optimize internal platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and intranet hubs.
• Develop internal marketing campaigns to support culture, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Track and analyze communication performance metrics to refine content and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications within a mid- to large-scale organization.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience managing internal communication channels (SharePoint, Teams, intranet tools).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into employee-friendly messaging.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
• Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with crisis or urgent communications.
