Salary: $105,000 – $110,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies supporting business priorities, organizational changes, and leadership messaging.
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business line leaders to ensure clear and aligned regional communication.
- Create high-quality content, including announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, and campaign materials.
- Manage and optimize internal platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and intranet hubs.
- Develop internal marketing campaigns to support culture, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Track and analyze communication performance metrics to refine content and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications within a mid- to large-scale organization.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience managing internal communication channels (SharePoint, Teams, intranet tools).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into employee-friendly messaging.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with crisis or urgent communications.
