What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic PR programs to elevate brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Lead the analyst relations strategy, building relationships with key firms in the HCM and payroll technology sectors.
• Partner with executives and marketing teams to create compelling narratives and media opportunities.
• Manage external PR agency relationships to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with content and social media teams to amplify messaging across owned and earned channels.
• Track and report on PR program performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• 5–8+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or analyst relations within B2B technology companies.
• Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans that align with business objectives.
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to shape compelling narratives.
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Experience in HCM, HR technology, or SaaS industries.
• Existing media relationships.
