What you will do

• Lead the development of a communications framework, including narrative pillars and messaging for key executives.
• Manage day-to-day social presence across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit to improve web presence and AEO/GEO performance.
• Develop and execute a social content calendar supporting product launches, events, and community moments.
• Write sharp, platform-native copy and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create authentic content.
• Track social performance metrics and experiment with formats like short-form video and polls to drive resonance.
• Oversee the employee advocacy and engagement program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B tech, developer tools, or infrastructure.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different channels without losing brand voice.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical subject matter to an engineering audience.
• Experience with social analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native analytics.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Familiarity with the open-source, Kafka, or data infrastructure ecosystem.
