What you will do

• Develop strategic law enforcement relationships, specifically within the State of West Virginia and globally.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement, including the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office.
• Plan and execute educational programs for law enforcement, parents, and educators regarding platform safety and NCMEC CyberTip initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze law enforcement developments in West Virginia to provide internal guidance and codify learnings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Safety, Product, and Communications teams to address emergencies and safety escalations.
• Draft professional reports and investigations to advocate for and implement strategic safety enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety, or adjacent fields.
• Detailed knowledge of the law enforcement community and policymakers in West Virginia.
• Proven track record in public speaking, stakeholder management, and building constructive relationships.
• Agility to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple high-profile, time-sensitive initiatives.
• Must have United States work authorization (certain visa categories may not be supported).
• Ability to provide on-call support during weekends and holidays and review potentially offensive content.
