What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end client journey from initial request through to account opening and ongoing management.
  • Perform accurate AML/CTF, KYC, and CDD risk assessments for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulatory, audit, and bank requirements.
  • Provide responsive administrative and financial support to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Use workflow tools to track workload and maintain visibility for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within banking or finance.
  • Strong understanding of risk analysis, specifically AML/CTF and KYC requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
