What you will do

• Design and operate ephemeral, pre-warmed development environments for engineers and AI agents.
• Own infrastructure-level quality gates, including automated load testing and performance benchmarking.
• Build containerized mock services and Playwright-based UI validation for pre-PR validation.
• Develop internal review tooling, metrics dashboards, and operational controls for pipeline observability.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to reduce validation friction and scale pipeline autonomy.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles building production systems at scale.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expertise with Kubernetes (EKS) and core AWS services (IAM, VPC, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform and GitOps workflows using Argo CD.
• Proven track record of building internal platforms, CLIs, or ephemeral environment infrastructure.
• Deep experience with CI/CD tools (CircleCI, GitHub Actions) and load testing frameworks (k6, Locust).

Nice to have

• Active usage of AI development tools like Claude Code or Codex in your infrastructure workflow.
• Experience with progressive delivery strategies, including canary and blue-green deployments.
• Proficiency in Observability fundamentals using Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
