What you will do

• Transport, install, and maintain lottery equipment and marketing supplies at various retailer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment in the field to restore service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers to report activity, issues, and resolutions.
• Provide training to retailers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Manage inventory of replacement parts, tools, and consumable supplies.
• Follow company vehicle policies and maintain equipment for continuous operation.

Requirements

• Must reside in proximity to the Latham, NY area.
• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical repairs and customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and transport up to 800 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work at heights, in close quarters, and in various weather conditions.
