What you will do

• Directly manage a team of operations associates, including scheduling, PTO, and performance reviews.
• Analyze statistical performance data to identify weaknesses and implement process improvements.
• Oversee Quality Assurance audits and provide regular coaching to direct reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align credit policy with business strategy.
• Assist the team with complex underwriting decisions, loan application hurdles, and fraud detection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to improve conversion and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Loan Underwriting or Loan Processing, preferably in auto or powersports.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience, including building and growing a team.
• Strong understanding of debt-to-income, payment-to-income, and loan-to-value ratios.
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule (Monday-Sunday) until 9pm CST.
• Ability to travel for overnight trips.
