Location: Hybrid; Must reside in the greater Phoenix area (1-3 days per month in the Tempe office).

What you will do

• Manage a daily pipeline of 70-80 approved loans.
• Communicate with borrowers regarding loan approvals and the collection of pertinent documentation.
• Input borrower data into the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Review borrower credit profiles and documentation for completeness and eligibility.
• Perform 3rd party validations of borrower employers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all conditions are met for each file.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of mortgage processing experience.
• Must reside in the greater Phoenix area.
• Ability to handle high-volume pipelines and adhere to strict SLAs.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
