Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

What you will do

• Support CTMS data integration, including patient records, visit history, and financial data.
• Reconcile sponsor payments, invoices, and study-level financials.
• Build new studies in the CTMS, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and develop reports.
• Perform virtual and on-site systems training for new staff.
• Manage new site onboarding, including CTMS setup and data migration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical research operations, finance, and site teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Proficiency with CTMS and required full-service Clinical Conductor experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-site clinical research network.
• Background in data migration, systems integration, and/or site start-up.
• Ability to manage large datasets with strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
