What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the identity data platform, covering onboarding, verification, and authentication.
• Design end-to-end identity and authentication flows, including sign-up, account recovery, and Passkey/OTP verification.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to design scalable data schemas for user identity and PII handling.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Design, Fraud, and Compliance teams to drive a cohesive platform roadmap.
• Establish and analyze KPIs for verification success, platform adoption, and security to drive business impact.
• Drive the evolution of identity verification by exploring AI-forward approaches like behavioral signals and LLM-aided decisioning.

Requirements

• Around 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven domain expertise in Identity, KYC, Onboarding, Authentication, and/or IAM.
• Demonstrated track record of owning a platform or shared infrastructure product.
• Technical proficiency in API design, data modeling, and database schema structure.
• Strong analytical skills for defining product metrics and driving data-informed decision-making.
• Eligibility for US-based employment to access specific benefits (e.g., 401k).

• Experience managing AI-forward or ML-enabled products in identity, risk, or customer service.
