What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Consumer Payments to translate strategic visions into high-impact directions for stakeholders.
• Scale the use of AI tools across pipelines in collaboration with the AI engineering team.
• Design and operationalize workflows for seamless multi-product feature interaction.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and User Research to turn raw data into structured business decisions.
• Optimize day-to-day operations, including meeting structures and ClickUp architectures, to increase execution speed.
• Drive the OKR framework and orchestrate periodic Roadmap Summits to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating in fast-growing, hyper-scaling startup environments.
• Ability to operate independently and bring clarity to highly ambiguous environments.
• Strong capability for data analysis, structured thinking, and leveraging metrics.
• Elite stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Finance.
• Proficiency with agile product-management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Notion.
• 100% fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
