What you will do

• Oversee portfolio plans aligned with client real estate goals and objectives.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to create clear data visualizations for client presentations.
• Support client projects from scope definition through to strategy delivery, customizing approaches to business needs.
• Develop analytical modeling and quantitative projections to track transaction outcomes and financial impacts.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with client stakeholders and leaders.
• Implement standardized processes to drive maximum efficiencies and effective decision-making.

Requirements

• University Degree and/or College Diploma.
• 5 years of data and analytics experience required.
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Alteryx.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in leading Real Estate Strategy is preferable.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
