What you will do

• Plan and perform laboratory assignments for product formulation, physical-property measurement, performance validation, and product analysis.
• Execute experimental designs to optimize prototypes against performance metrics.
• Run standard and non-standard chemical, physical, and application tests.
• Record experimental observations and results in current, detailed laboratory notebooks.
• Interpret data, present preliminary conclusions to management, and recommend next development steps.
• Maintain laboratory inventories, workspaces, equipment, and safe operating conditions.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of laboratory experience.
• Ability to understand and perform standard laboratory techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals and equipment and follow applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience formulating consumer packaged goods.
• Advanced knowledge of laundry and textiles.
