Lab Technician - Afternoons

Location: Lakewood, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $57,000–$85,600 annual base salary, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Perform raw material, bulk, and finished product analysis according to current specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Verify vendor Certificates of Analysis and review other analysts’ notebooks and analysis reports.
• Maintain and standardize laboratory equipment, solutions, and related documentation.
• Quarantine raw materials, bulk products, or finished products that do not meet specifications.
• Provide analytical testing for plant validations, product stability and expiration support, and R&D plant test requests.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, job safety analyses, and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Basic mathematics and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to follow directions, interact with employees at all levels, and work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a good safety record.
• Must work onsite in Lakewood, New Jersey, United States.
