What you will do

• Operate pilot-scale mixers, pumps, tanks, and high-speed mechanical processing equipment according to trial plans.
• Perform physical and visual quality evaluations of materials.
• Review process controls and data for report generation and further system optimization.
• Communicate trial findings and learnings to the coordinator to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify technical problems and implement corrective actions using troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process laboratory environments, or research facilities.
• Experience with chemical handling and strong mechanical acumen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy items with assistance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data manipulation and report generation.
• Ability to work independently with limited instruction.

Nice to have

• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack.
