Lab Technician I (Adhesives)

Salary: $18.95 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct experiments, testing, and analyses according to approved procedures.
• Compile, analyze, and document test results to support technical service, application development, QC, and R&D projects.
• Maintain calibrated and operational laboratory equipment and tools.
• Ensure accurate material identification, lot traceability, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned laboratory areas.
• Monitor and report hazards to ensure compliance with all safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory, production, or R&D environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain detailed records.
• Ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks and wear required PPE.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Coursework or experience in chemistry and/or mathematics.
• Experience with routine equipment calibration.
• Exposure to technical service or R&D laboratory work.
