TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Ensuring measurable business impact and long-term value realization for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers with an accent on executive alignment and structured account strategy. Focus on driving adoption benchmarks, leading executive-level conversations, and mitigating stakeholder risks.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (expected in-office 3 days a week)

Salary: $116k – $160k annually

What you will do

  • Drive measurable business impact by aligning product usage to customer outcomes and executive-level KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain structured success plans focused on business metrics and adoption benchmarks.
  • Lead executive-level conversations and workshops with senior stakeholders to articulate value and advise on best practices.
  • Identify operational and stakeholder risk signals and drive mitigation plans in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Expand use cases and drive cross-departmental adoption by understanding internal customer workflows.
  • Generate advocacy, strategic referrals, and testimonials to support long-term commercial growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success or strategic advisory.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder international accounts.
  • Strong executive presence with experience advising VP-level and functional leaders.
  • High business acumen, analytical thinking, and a disciplined approach to stakeholder mapping.
  • Professional-level English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
