What you will do

• Partner with copywriters to concept and execute persuasive cross-channel advertising initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative leads to implement feedback and maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with Account Services, Strategy, Project Management, and Production teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support all project phases from initial ideation through final production.
• Assist creative leaders in delivering and presenting concepts to clients.
• Monitor global creative trends and technological advancements to infuse cultural relevance into campaigns.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of industry experience in a professional creative role.
• Proven track record of working across multiple advertising channels.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating relevant category experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and AI tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
