What you will do

• Develop and execute visually compelling concepts and art direction within a multimedia landscape.
• Lead high-stakes pitch efforts and eloquently present creative solutions to solve client challenges.
• Guide and inspire the creative team while setting trends in visual design.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to push creative boundaries beyond safe options.
• Contribute to the health of the Creative department by finding new business opportunities and leveraging industry insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, NY, USA
• 8+ years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease state science, legal restrictions, and industry standards.
• Proven experience working within an AOR (Agency of Record) model.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
