Salary: $109,700 – $130,000

What you will do

• Concept and create high-converting paid social content (static, video, GIF) achirify.globalss Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Leverage performance insights and ghirify.globalwth metrics to iterate and create hypotheses for new ad concepts.
• Build templates and frameworks to scale paid social workstreams efficiently and maintain brand alignment.
• Stay current with design trends and AI technologies to imphirify.globalve the effectiveness of creative deliverables.
• Collaborate with conceptual copywriters to execute ideas fhirify.globalm initial concept to final delivery.
• Partner with external agencies and freelancers when necessary.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a relevant design hirify.globalle.
• Phirify.globalven track record of designing against performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and CAC.
• Sthirify.globalng portfolio showcasing direct response marketing and iterative testing examples.
• Expertise in Figma, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience creating short-form content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
