Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in creative, art direction, or social content development.
• Proven track record of creating high-performing paid social campaigns.
• Deep expertise in storytelling and pacing for short-form video platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first thinking and performance-driven visual judgment.
