TL;DR

AVP, Strategic Initiatives (Insurance): Driving transformational initiatives and optimizing operational processes for the Casualty business with an accent on strategic execution, technology implementation, and AI adoption. Focus on redesigning organizational models, leading cross-functional programs, and using data analytics to enhance portfolio performance.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) in Warren, NJ or New York, NY

Salary: $190,000 - $220,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead transformation efforts by evaluating and redesigning operational processes and organizational models to unlock efficiency.
  • Execute strategic priorities across the Casualty portfolio, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps.
  • Own large-scale, cross-functional programs including technology implementations across underwriting, finance, and IT.
  • Drive decision-making through the use of analytics and KPIs to track performance and communicate progress to executives.
  • Partner with AI Engineering and Technology teams to identify and scale high-value AI use cases across Casualty.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services consulting, operations, or analytics.
  • Strong subject matter acumen in insurance, with Casualty expertise preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, strategic business programs in the P&C industry.
  • Engineering mindset with the ability to solve business problems via process improvements and system designs.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Warren, NJ or New York, NY.
