What you will do
- Own product demonstrations and deliver high-touch proof of concepts.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Manage system configuration, admin training, and user training.
- Utilize technical tools to test and analyze network environments.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex communication issues.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Technical proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on rapport-building and active listening.
- Ability to translate complex technical product knowledge for non-technical customers.
- Must be located in or aligned with the Austin, US region
