What you will do

  • Own product demonstrations and deliver high-touch proof of concepts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage system configuration, admin training, and user training.
  • Utilize technical tools to test and analyze network environments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex communication issues.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role.
  • Technical proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on rapport-building and active listening.
  • Ability to translate complex technical product knowledge for non-technical customers.
  • Must be located in or aligned with the Austin, US region
