What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent projects by defining schedules and goals based on Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Maintain and update detailed status reports for external clients and customers.
• Identify project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation to the Engagement Lead.
• Guide technical team members to ensure precise execution of project tasks and monitor progress.
• Partner with consulting leadership to manage staffing needs for each project.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts to increase client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional project management experience in Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, AI, or related technical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• No immigration sponsorship available; must have valid US work authorization.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by project needs.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple large-scale projects.

Nice to have

• Previous direct client or customer consulting experience.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, and Clarizen.
