What you will do

• Maintain IT project plans in Jira and manage dependencies across global programs.
• Track change requests, budgets, and project evolution end-to-end.
• Ensure all IT documentation meets governance, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate testing and deployment activities between business analysts and developers.
• Communicate project status to Operations, Compliance, and global stakeholders.
• Drive delivery readiness from build through go-live and production handover.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or banking IT.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum or PMP methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and project tracking tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
