TL;DR

Financial Analyst II (Finance): Providing business partnership and financial analysis to support planning, forecasting, and performance management for the US Business Unit with an accent on annual planning, month-end reporting, and KPI dashboards. Focus on automating reports using Power BI and Power Query, optimizing costs, and improving forecasting accuracy.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Libertyville, IL); minimum 4 days per week in office. Sponsorship to work in the US is not available.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Lead Annual Plan, Midyear Review, and in-year Projection cycles for assigned business and corporate functions.
  • Execute month-end close support, including journal inputs, variance analysis, and delivery of KPI dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and automate standards and ad-hoc reports and planning models using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
  • Contribute to system projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
  • Partner with global and local cross-functional teams to enable informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (Sponsorship not available).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

  • CPA or Master's degree in Finance.
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Query.
  • Experience with SAP and BPC.
