What you will do

  • Manage direct relationships with central clients and creative agencies across different markets.
  • Coordinate information flow between Digital Hubs, clients, and local media agencies worldwide.
  • Evaluate media strategies and provide strategic input on global on/offline media trends.
  • Track media spend, monitor budgets, and support the finance billing process.
  • Oversee competitive data collection, reporting, and annual brand reviews.
  • Lead, nurture, and develop direct reports to achieve common objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Media Agency, preferably with an international focus.
  • Proven expertise in media planning and buying for both online and offline channels.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, complex functions) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in people management and guiding direct reports.
  • Proficient use of technology, including AI, to enhance client outcomes.
