Location: Preferably located in Parma, Italy with availability to travel internationally

What you will do

  • Develop and execute insight-driven global brand strategies in partnership with cross-functional partners.
  • Lead the global brand strategic plan and own the EU & International commercial tactical plan for implementation.
  • Co-lead the core team to optimize strategies, drive product launches, and manage product life cycles.
  • Provide support and guidance to affiliates regarding promotional materials, trainings, and special projects.
  • Translate scientific data into marketing initiatives and uncover actionable patient journey and competitive insights.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Requirements

  • University degree in Science and/or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible marketing or commercial experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strategic mindset, scientific aptitude, and financial acumen.
  • Preferably based in Parma, Italy.

Nice to have

  • Rare disease marketing experience.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Prior global or regional experience.
