What you will do
- Execute, analyze, and optimize mobile advertising campaigns daily to identify performance trends.
- Manage budget allocation across global networks to maximize ROI and scale acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with the growth team to develop and test campaign strategies and creative assets.
- Monitor mobile market trends and competitive data to identify new industry opportunities.
- Test emerging ad formats and placements to isolate variations yielding the highest conversion and user quality.
- Troubleshoot tracking and performance fluctuations to maintain high campaign health.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Analytics, Math, or Statistics (recent graduates are welcome).
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and performance analysis.
- Professional fluency in English for collaboration with a global distributed team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- High level of reliability and attention to detail when managing budgets and configurations.
Nice to have
- Experience managing digital or mobile advertising campaigns (especially CPM, CPI, and CPL models).
- Working knowledge of major platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, X, Reddit Ads, or Taboola.
