TL;DR

Commercial Operations Manager (Project Management): Driving the end-to-end development of solution proposals and complex RFQs for the Americas region with an accent on commercial strategy and risk mitigation. Focus on leading the Deal Desk cadence, ensuring pricing integrity, and coordinating cross-functional alignment between sales, legal, and finance.

Location: Remote (Must be US-based)

Salary: $130,000 - 150,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead the Deal Desk cadence to validate opportunity strategy, commercial viability, and alignment with regional priorities.
  • Develop high-quality, competitive solution proposals and complex RFQs across the Americas.
  • Conduct commercial risk assessments regarding deal structure, scope, pricing, and contractual terms.
  • Ensure proposal compliance with approval matrices, pricing guardrails, and internal policies.
  • Own the end-to-end bid process, driving timelines and cross-functional alignment from submission to closeout.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Ironclad to manage pipeline visibility, governance, and document workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Legal, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in proposal/bid management, complex RFQs, and quoting governance.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience in a matrix environment.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working in a metric-driven environment.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce for pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • Experience with Ironclad for NDA and proposal workflow management.
