What you will do

• Deliver exceptional client experiences to build, expand, and retain long-term relationships.
• Assess financial needs of existing and prospective clients to offer suitable bank products and services.
• Resolve moderate to complex client problems and lead efforts to solve service breaks.
• Process teller transactions, including cashing checks and managing account withdrawals.
• Execute key brand experience plays to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Engage in professional development through coaching and skill-building activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
• Working knowledge of banking laws and regulations (e.g., Reg E, Reg CC, Reg DD, BSA, HMDA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills and proficiency in PC applications.
